About Facturus

Facturus is a European e-invoice converter. It parses every supported format into the EN 16931 semantic model, then serialises back out to your target - so XRechnung, Factur-X/ZUGFeRD, PEPPOL BIS, FatturaPA, OIOUBL, UBL and CII all interoperate through one canonical representation.

How conversions are validated

Serializer output is validated against the official vendored XSDs for each format and version (OASIS UBL 2.1, UN/CEFACT CII D16B, PEPPOL BIS 3.0, XRechnung 3.0 / KoSIT, OIOUBL 3.0, Factur-X 1.0, FatturaPA 1.2). Where a mapping is inherently lossy - such as Italian FatturaPA Natura codes - the converter flags it rather than guessing silently.
